How do I get started?
Create an account, connect a shop and start the catalogue import. Import runs in the background, so you can review products as they arrive.
What happens to my existing products?
Existing products are imported with their variants, barcodes and images. Import is read-only; changes are sent to a channel only when you publish or synchronise them.
Do I have to install anything?
No. Channekt runs in the browser and connects to sales channels through their supported authorisation methods.
Can I invite my team?
Yes. Invite users by email and assign a role to each person. Key account and operational changes are recorded in the audit log.
Can I take my data with me?
Yes. Export the catalogue to CSV at any time. Billing can be cancelled from the account, and a closed account remains recoverable during the stated retention period.
