Channels

Connected properly, not just read

Four are connected today, each with a catalogue import, an order feed and a stock push - open one to read exactly what it does with that channel. The two with a dashed edge are not connectable yet.

Shopify

Your storefront, its whole catalogue, and every order it takes.

eBay

Listings, orders, stock, and the EU safety details a listing has to carry.

Amazon

Seller Central listings, orders and stock, in the same catalogue as everything else. Not connectable yet - our developer registration is with Amazon and the account cannot be linked until it is approved.

Magento

Configurable products, source stock, and shipments written back with tracking.

WooCommerce

Your WordPress shop, connected with a key you generate yourself.

TikTok Shop

The shop behind the videos, with the same one stock figure behind it. Not connectable yet - this one has not been started.

What it does

The work of keeping four systems agreeing, taken off your desk

Not a dashboard over your channels - the place the work happens. Products, stock, orders, picking, returns and the rules that handle the routine.

One catalogue, and every channel’s version of it

Products, variants, barcodes, pictures and prices in one place, imported from the shop you already run. Each channel keeps its own titles, descriptions, images and category, because eBay’s idea of a listing is not Shopify’s.

  • Import a shop’s whole catalogue, variants and images included
  • Map your categories to each channel’s tree once, then publish
  • Edit prices and quantities per variant straight from the list
  • EU safety details recorded once and sent with every listing

Stock that cannot be sold twice

One available figure per product, computed from what is on the shelf minus what is already promised to an order. Every channel is told the same number, as an absolute quantity rather than a delta - so a push that fails and retries cannot drift.

  • Reservations taken when an order arrives, released when it ships or cancels
  • Several warehouses, with their own stock and their own ship-from address
  • A nightly reconciliation that compares each channel against us
  • Movements recorded as a ledger, so a number can always be explained

Orders in one book, from picking to returns

Every order from every channel in one list, with the money it was sold in and the state it is actually in. Print a pick list, pack it against the lines, and take it back again when it comes back.

  • Paid, unpaid, part-shipped and cancelled, each meaning one thing
  • Pick lists and a packing bench that checks the lines
  • Returns with an RMA number, inspection, restock or write-off
  • Packing slips and delivery notes as PDFs, from the order

The assistant

Ask it, and it answers with what to do next

A merchant on a product asks whether it can go on eBay. The answer is not a paragraph of advice - it is an ordered list of what is stopping it, each item carrying the screen that settles it.

Simple to switch onOne key in settings, and nothing else to configure.
It never invents a screenEvery route it offers is one that exists in the product.
Turn the model off and it still answersA deterministic engine decides what is true; the model only writes it down.
It reads your account, not the internetThe blockers come from your own connections, categories, stock and settings - so the answer is about this product in this shop, on this plan.

Things it is asked, on an ordinary morning:

What is stopping this product going live? Why did that order not import? Which connection is failing, and why? What do I still owe for EU safety details?
Assistant answered
Can I publish this on eBay?

Three things first, in this order:

1 Match a categoryThis product has none on eBay yet, and the listing cannot go without one. Categories
2 Add safety detailsAn EU responsible person is required for this category. Safety details
3 Settle postage and returnsEither an eBay business policy, or the same terms on the item. Channels
Stock, price and pictures are fine32 available, £129.00, nine images against this channel.
Every line above was decided by the engine. The model wrote the sentences.
Everything included

The whole product, in a list

Every plan gets all of it. The plans differ by how much of it you use - orders, channels, warehouses, people and SKUs - not by which features are switched on.

Questions

The things people ask before they sign up

How long does it take to be live?

Minutes. Create the account, connect a shop, and the import runs in the background while you look at the catalogue it is filling.

Which channels are covered?

Shopify, eBay, WooCommerce and Magento - connection, catalogue, orders and stock, in both directions. Amazon and TikTok Shop are not connected yet - the Amazon registration is with them for approval, and TikTok Shop has not been started.

What happens to my existing products?

They are imported from the shop you already run, variants, barcodes and pictures included, and nothing is written back until you ask for it.

Do I have to install anything?

No. It runs in the browser and talks to your shops over their own APIs - Shopify and eBay by signing in to them, WooCommerce and Magento with a key you generate.

Where is my data kept?

In London: Google Cloud’s europe-west2 region, database and files both. Each organisation is isolated at the database level, not only in the application.

Can I bring my team?

Yes, with a role each. Every change is recorded in an audit log with the person who made it, and invitations go out by email.

Can I take my data with me?

The catalogue exports to CSV that our own importer reads back, you can cancel from the billing screen, and closing the account keeps everything for a retention window you can reopen inside.
