B&Q frequently asked questions

Do I need to know the B&Q API address?

No. Choose B&Q on the connect screen and the address is already filled in. The API key from your seller portal is the only thing to paste.

Do I still have to accept orders?

No. New orders are accepted within a couple of minutes, so none is refused for running out of time, and each one arrives here with its address as soon as the buyer has paid.

Which carrier is sent to the marketplace?

The one on your shipment. A carrier the marketplace knows is sent by its code so the marketplace builds the tracking link; any other is sent by name with its tracking link.
