Where are the Walmart API keys?

In Seller Center, under Settings, API Key Management, which opens the Developer Portal. There is a production pair and a sandbox pair; either connects.

Can part of an order be shipped?

Yes. The lines in each parcel are marked shipped on their own, with that parcel's tracking, and the rest of the order stays open.

Which carrier is sent to the marketplace?

The one on your shipment. A carrier the marketplace knows is sent by its code so the marketplace builds the tracking link; any other is sent by name with its tracking link.
