A limit never stops a sale
Limits decide what you can add, not what you can sell. Multiple warehouses, AI assistants, the REST API and automations are the only parts tied to a plan. An order past the allowance is added to your next invoice at the extra-order price, and nothing is refused.
Orders
An order past your monthly number is still imported, allocated and shipped. You are told twice, at 80% and at 100%.
Channel accounts
Counted when you connect a shop or marketplace. A courier account is free.
Warehouses
Counted while active. Archiving one frees its place and keeps its history.
Users
Counted when an invitation is sent, so a seat is never taken by surprise.
Products
Products and variants, counted as they are created or imported.
Pricing questions
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Every plan starts with a 14-day trial, and you can cancel at any time.
Do prices include VAT?
No. Prices exclude VAT, which is added at the rate that applies to you.
What does annual billing save?
Two months. A year costs ten times the monthly price.
What counts as a channel account?
Each connected shop or marketplace account. Two eBay accounts are two channel accounts; a courier account does not count.
What happens if I go over my order limit?
Orders are never refused. You are told when you reach 80% of a limit and again when you reach it, and you can move to a larger plan at any time.
Do you help me move from another platform?
Yes, for free on every plan. We import your catalogue, connect your channels and carriers, and stay with you through the first orders. How the free migration works
