Channekt › Platform

Your whole operation.
One platform.

Catalogue, stock, orders, picking, labels and returns for every shop and marketplace you sell on, from the same product record and the same stock figure.

What the platform covers

Everything between the sale and the doorstep

Nine parts, in the order an order meets them. Every plan includes all of them; plans differ only in how much you run through them.

Catalogue

One product record, tailored to every channel

Every product lives once, with its variants, barcodes, prices and pictures. Each channel gets its own title, description, images and category on top of that record, so a listing can read differently on eBay and on your own shop without two products to keep in step.

Import brings the products you already sell into Channekt, read-only. Nothing is sent to a channel until you publish or synchronise it.

What is included

  • One product record with variants, barcodes, prices and pictures
  • Products, variants and images imported from any connected channel
  • Per-channel titles, descriptions, images and categories on the same product
  • Category trees mapped to each channel once, then reused
  • Bulk edit status, brand, type and tags across everything a filter matches
  • Prices and quantities edited per variant straight from the list
  • Duplicate a product with its variants, pictures and per-channel copy
  • Saved views, and CSV export in an import-compatible format
Listings and channels

Publish, check and reconcile every connected store

Publish a single product or a whole selection to the channels you choose, and see the result per product: what was requested, what went through and what was skipped, with the reason.

Connected accounts are checked on a schedule. When a marketplace refuses something, the error is classified and comes with what to do about it, instead of a code to look up.

What is included

  • Publish or remove individual products and bulk selections
  • Scheduled health checks for every connected channel account
  • Errors classified with clear resolution guidance
  • Scheduled reconciliation of channel and Channekt data
  • Job results that show requested, completed and skipped actions
  • EU product safety details (GPSR) recorded once and sent where required
Stock and warehouses

One available number, kept right everywhere

Available stock is worked out once, from what is on hand across your warehouses less what orders have already claimed, and that figure is sent to every channel. A sale on one marketplace lowers the number on all the others.

Stock is sent as an absolute figure rather than a change, so a retry or a late message can never count the same sale twice.

What is included

  • Central available inventory synchronised across connected channels
  • Allocated when an order arrives, released when it ships or is cancelled
  • Several warehouses, each with its own stock and ship-from address
  • Bin locations inside a warehouse, for picking in walking order
  • A complete stock ledger of every movement and who made it
  • Warehouses archived rather than deleted, so history still adds up
Orders and returns

Every channel's orders in one workflow

Orders arrive from every channel within minutes, with the buyer, the delivery address and every line, in the currency they were sold in. Paid, unpaid, partly shipped and cancelled mean the same thing whichever marketplace the order came from.

Returns carry an RMA reference, the inspection outcome and what happened to each item, so stock that goes back on the shelf is counted again and stock that does not is written off with a reason.

What is included

  • One order workflow across channels, keeping each order's currency
  • Consistent statuses for paid, unpaid, partially shipped and cancelled orders
  • Pick lists, and a packing bench that checks every line
  • Refunds matched to the order they belong to
  • Returns with RMA references, inspection outcomes and stock disposition
  • Order history with every change and who made it
Shipping and labels

Rates, labels and tracking on your own carrier account

Channekt connects to your own FedEx account. Compare the rates, buy the label and print the customs documents at the packing bench, and the tracking number goes back to the channel the order came from.

Your carrier contract and your negotiated rates stay yours: labels are bought on your account and billed by the carrier directly.

What is included

  • Rates quoted before you buy a label
  • Labels and customs documents for international parcels
  • Packing slips and delivery notes as PDFs, from the order
  • Tracking written back to the marketplace or shop
  • Part of an order shipped on its own, with its own tracking
Warehouse tablet

Picking on the floor, on Android and iPad

Pickers take the next order off the queue on a tablet. Each order is claimed, so two people never walk the same one, and the lines come one at a time, large, in bin order.

The camera reads QR codes and retail barcodes, or a Bluetooth scanner does. A short pick is recorded where it happens, so the stock and the order are corrected together.

What is included

  • The next order off the queue, claimed so two pickers never walk the same one
  • One line at a time, large, in bin order
  • Scan with the tablet camera or a barcode scanner
  • Front or back camera, remembered on that tablet
  • Short picks recorded so stock and the order are corrected together
  • Signs itself out when left on a bench
Automation and analytics

Automations that do the routine work, and numbers that explain

An automation starts when something happens, checks what you care about and acts on its own: it holds an order, promises stock, accepts a return or emails you. Draw it step by step, or describe it in a sentence and read the steps before you save.

Every run is kept with what started it, which way each check went and what it did. Try it runs an automation against a real order without changing anything.

How it is built

  • Start when an order arrives, is paid or ships, stock runs low, a return is raised or a store loses its connection
  • Check if the total, the channel, the country or the reason match, then go down Then or Otherwise
  • Wait minutes, hours or days, then look at the order again as it is then
  • Do this: tag, hold, promise stock, accept a return, stop a store or send an email
  • Revenue, orders and units by channel, over the period you choose

AI and MCP

Ask your operation a question

The assistant in Channekt answers from your own catalogue, stock and orders: which listings are not ready, which SKUs are running out, what sold where last week.

Through MCP, your own assistant - ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor or any MCP client - can read the same data and prepare changes that you approve before anything is sent.

What is included

  • Answers from your own data, with links to the records behind them
  • Readiness checks before a product is published
  • An MCP server for ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor and other clients
  • Every change prepared first and approved by a person
Team, trust and compliance

Built for teams, and for the data they handle

Invite your team by email and give each person a role. Key changes are written to an audit log, and each organisation is isolated in the database itself, not only in the application.

What is included

  • Roles and permissions per person, and invitations by email
  • An audit log for key account and operational changes
  • Organisation isolation at both application and database layers
  • A data processing agreement and a published list of sub-processors
  • Self-service account closure with a defined recovery window
Questions

Platform questions

Do I have to move my shop?

No. Your shop stays where it is. Channekt connects to it and to your marketplaces, and keeps the catalogue, stock and orders in step between them.

Can I start with one channel?

Yes. Connect one shop, import its products and add marketplaces when you are ready. Each connected account counts towards your plan.

Is anything sent to my channels when I connect?

No. The import is read-only. Changes go to a channel only when you publish or synchronise them.

Is there an API?

Yes, on the Business plan and above. The API reference covers products, stock and orders.

Run every channel from one place

Start a 14-day trial, connect your first shop and review the imported catalogue before anything is synchronised.
