Is migration really free?
Yes, on every plan. We import your catalogue, connect your channels and carriers, and stay with you through the first orders. There is no onboarding fee.
Can I keep my current system running while I switch?
Yes. Channekt imports and matches first and sends nothing to a channel until you switch on stock and publishing, so both can run side by side for as long as you need.
Do I pay for each marketplace or shop I connect?
No. Every integration is included in every plan. Plans differ by how many channel accounts you connect, and a courier account never counts.
What happens if I sell more orders than my plan includes?
Every order is still imported and shipped. You are told at 80% and at 100%, and the orders past the allowance are added to your next invoice at the plan's extra-order price, one line per month.
Is there a contract?
No. Plans are monthly and you can cancel at any time. Annual billing is optional and costs ten times the monthly price.
Which platforms can I move from?
Any. We import from your shop directly (Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, BigCommerce, PrestaShop, OpenCart, Wix and more) or from the export of the multichannel tool you use today.
