They come in whole. A listing's options and every combination of them arrive as variants with their own prices and their own quantities, and stock goes back the same way, so a single size selling out closes that size on Etsy and leaves the rest of the listing on sale.
How quickly does an Etsy order appear?
Within a couple of minutes of payment. A paid receipt arrives whole, with its buyer, its address and every item on it, and it is ready to pick and pack without anyone opening Etsy.
