Where do I make the Webservice key?

In your PrestaShop admin: Advanced Parameters, Webservice. Enable the webservice, add a key and tick the permissions Channekt lists when you connect.

Do I need a module?

No. Channekt uses PrestaShop’s own Webservice, so there is nothing to install or update in your shop.

Where do orders go?

Into the same order list as every other channel, with the customer, the address and the lines, so they are picked, packed and labelled at the same bench.

Are prices read with VAT?

Yes. Channekt asks your shop for its own price with tax, so the figure matches your product page.

Can it list products into PrestaShop?

Your shop is the source of its catalogue: products come in from it, and stock, orders and dispatches stay in step.
