Authorise Channekt on Temu
In Temu Seller Center: System management, Authorization management, Authorize a new app. Tick the permissions and Temu shows you an access token, or sends you straight back here if it offers that.
Choose the region
Temu serves the United States, Europe and the rest of the world from three different addresses, and a token only works on its own. Pick the one your store sells in; a second store is a second connection.
Begin the import
Products arrive with their SKUs and stock, orders follow with their amounts and addresses, and stock goes back a product at a time however many SKUs it has.
Data synchronised with Temu
Catalogue
inEvery product with its SKUs, the specification that makes each one and the code you gave it, with prices in the store’s own currency.
Orders
inOrders with every item, what the customer paid and where it is going, so the picking list is complete before anybody opens Seller Center.
Stock
outStock only, set per SKU as a target figure, so your prices and your listings are left alone.
Dispatch
outEach parcel confirmed with its carrier and tracking number against the items inside it, so half an order can ship today and the rest tomorrow.
Temu integration details
Temu frequently asked questions
Where do I authorise Channekt?
In Temu Seller Center, under System management and then Authorization management. Choose Authorize a new app, tick the permissions, and Temu shows you the access token to paste here.
Why does it ask which region?
Temu serves stores from three addresses — one for the United States, one for Europe, one for everywhere else — and a token is only known to its own. Choosing it is what lets the first call reach your store.
Which Temu sellers does this work for?
Local and semi-managed stores, the ones that hold their own stock and ship their own parcels. A fully managed store has no orders of its own to sync.
Does it need a tracking number to confirm a parcel?
Yes. Temu records a self-shipped parcel against a carrier and a tracking number, so a dispatch without one is refused here rather than at Temu.
Moving from another platform? We move you for free.
We import your catalogue, connect your channels and carriers, and stay with you through the first orders, on every plan. Your current system keeps running until you switch.
