Secret Sales integration details
Secret Sales frequently asked questions
Where do I find the Secret Sales API address?
It is the address your Secret Sales seller portal opens on. Find Secret Sales on the connect screen, paste that address and the API key from the portal, and the shop names itself.
Do I still have to accept orders?
No. New orders are accepted within a couple of minutes, so none is refused for running out of time, and each one arrives here with its address as soon as the buyer has paid.
Which carrier is sent to the marketplace?
The one on your shipment. A carrier the marketplace knows is sent by its code so the marketplace builds the tracking link; any other is sent by name with its tracking link.
Moving from another platform? We move you for free.
We import your catalogue, connect your channels and carriers, and stay with you through the first orders, on every plan. Your current system keeps running until you switch.
