What is RBA?

Where do I find the web service address?

RBA support has it. It is the address of your own RBA web service with its port, such as https://rba.yourshop.co.uk:8080.

Why is there no API key?

RBA admits a caller by its address. Channekt support gives you the address to allow, and RBA support adds it to your firewall.

Does Channekt change anything in RBA?

No. Channekt reads your products, prices and stock from RBA and writes nothing back, so RBA stays your record of what you have.
