The trial
A new organisation gets a 14-day trial and is asked for no card. Everything works during it. The top bar counts the days down, and the dashboard says plainly what happens at the end: imports and stock updates stop and every screen except billing closes until a plan is active. Nothing is deleted, and choosing a plan brings it all straight back.
Choosing a plan
- Go to Billing, then Choose a plan.
- Pick monthly or yearly. Yearly plans show what they save.
- Press the plan's button. Checkout is our payment provider's own hosted page, so card details never touch us.
- You come back to a screen that waits for the provider to confirm. It usually takes seconds and updates on its own.
Plans differ by how many connections, products, orders a month, warehouses and people they carry, and by how often the system syncs on its own. Each plan lists what it includes beside its price.
What the limits do
A limit is shown as you approach it rather than sprung on you. Reaching one - connections, warehouses, people - refuses the next one with a sentence that says what the plan includes, what you have, and offers the plans page. Nothing already made stops working.
This month on the billing page counts what has been used against the plan, so a month that is running hot is visible before it matters.
Invoices, cards and cancelling
Manage payment and invoices opens the provider's own portal, where the card, the invoices and cancellation live. Keeping them there is why we never see or store a card number.
Change plan goes to the same place, so your card and your invoice history stay in one file.
If a payment fails
| State | What happens |
|---|---|
| Payment failed | Everything keeps working while the provider retries. The screen says the date after which imports and stock updates stop. |
| Suspended | Orders are still recorded and nothing is sent out. Updating the payment details resumes it. |
| Ended | Your data is still here and can be exported at any time. |
If you have paid and the screen has not caught up, I have already paid - check again asks the provider directly.
